The Mountain will be there on your low days and high days. The Mountain itself will also have good days and bad days, but no matter what you both move on and see what the next day has to offer. The Mountain is place where you can lose yourself, a place where judgement is forgotten, and where absolute solitude can be achieved. It will provide breath taking views, breath taking lines, mouths full of powder shots and in return will ask for nothing. The Mountain offers these pleasures as long as it makes you forget about the real world, even if that is for a minute, an hour, a day, or for the whole season. The Mountain can give you bluebird powder days, but can also give you a crusty, icy, miserable days. No matter what kind of a day it is you always come back for more, and The Mountain will always be waiting for more. When you think you have experienced and explored all The Mountain has to offer, it will come out of no more and show you a part of The Mountain that you never knew existed. This a repeated process throughout the season, and some seasons The Mountain will provide you with more bluebird powder days than you know what to do with. Other seasons, you want to turn your back on The Mountain and not come back. No matter what though, you will come back for more because The Mountain is place where you can be yourself, and the outside world some how does not exist until you un-click. Once a season has come and gone, all you both can think about is what the next season has to offer. If that is what skills you need to improve on, what new areas you can find, or what is something crazy you can do. Once that next season has come and you are on The Mountain, just take in your surroundings and a breath a fresh air, and think how lucky you really are.
